Friedlander First Fifty: The Complete Collection
Friedlander First Fifty: The Complete Collection is a special collection offered by Haywire Press consisting of a signed copy of each of Friedlander’s first fifty trade titles, from Work from the Same House: Photographs & Etchings (1969) to Dog’s Best Friend (2018).
The fifty books are housed in five custom-made art storage boxes lined with high density foam, and are arranged according to size. Included alongside the complete collection is a special edition of the Friedlander First Fifty trade book, which contains a signed, original print of the book’s cover picture, and is housed in a custom slipcase.
Commemorating an important and symbolic landmark in Friedlander’s prolific production of books, Friedlander First Fifty: The Box Set celebrates the medium closest to Friedlander’s heart, and offers the unique opportunity to own nearly the whole of the artist’s published work.
